More detailed cellular study on pathological changes that occur in orbital NHL and IOI.
In this follow up article on the previously published European Journal of Immunology paper mentioned below, we further investigate the similarities and differences in blood samples and tissue consistence between orbital Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and idiopathic orbital inflammatory (IOI) lesions. Again, the ultimate goal here is to make surgical biopsy to distinguish between the two clinically quite similar diseases, obsolete in the future.
